He attributes his life journey successes to the impact of his family, mentors, and coaches. Today, he is a mentor and coach who encourages youth through math mentorship and various youth sports. He is the proud father of four sons.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he played collegiate football. To gain a more in-depth understanding of God's word and to re-establish his relationship with God, he obtained a Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University. Currently, He is a graduate student at Houston Christin University in pursuit of a Doctorate in Leadership Education
